Lockdown Spring II
No spring will be like this one. Like every year, cherry trees are blooming, seeds are sprouting and the land is awakening but we’re not around to feel it. We can’t smell the flowers or feel the sun on our faces because we’re fighting a war – and in order to prevail we have to stay at home.
This photo series will be a reminder of a different spring – a dark one but as full of hope as every blooming cherry tree. In this photo, one of the branches stretch out leading the others, as do our health professionals or everyone who is risking everything for our lives.
